I feel like I’m suck in a rut. Things that made me happy doesn’t motivate me anymore. Its like a have writer’s block ( actual just life block in general ). Things I miss can’t seem to get myself to actually do. But there is a silver lining to everything. I have been MIA from social media for a little over a month now. While I disconnected from the internet and social media world I reconnected to my everyday life. I begin to really physically and mentally heal my damaged soul. Clearing my mind and taking things at my own pace. Reconnecting with family is just what the doctor order
Mending a Tainted Mind
- Don’t be pressured to do anything. Do things at your pace.
- Do things that make you happy not what others want you to do.
- Clear your mind from negative thoughts ( focus on the positive and don’t dwell on the negative )
It won’t happen overnight but things will start to feel a lot better just by un-connecting from all the negative social media brings. We all get carried away and it’s easy to compare yourself to every glamours star or beautiful youtubers But just always remember everyone is their own kind of beautiful. So just love yourself every flaw and all
